        The Space3 people can stay in this room. It's not too big but cozy and nice^^ The biggest feture of this room is that I prepared "KOTATSU" which is the Japanese traditional foot warmer. Once you are in, you won't be able to get out of it :D Guest Access* 3 Futons - We prepared Japanese traditional style called "Futon", instead of bed. You can lie it on the floor and sleep in it. (You need to move "Kotatsu" away for the space. Don't worry it's not heavy^^) * Pocket Wifi -We prepared pocket wifi for you! You can access to internet while your stay at my apartment. Even you can bring it out with you while your stay. (Please do not bring it with you when you are out, haha) As it's wireless device, you can connect iPhone, iPad, laptop and any other wireless devices at the same time. * Balcony -There is big terrace on the top of the building and you can aceess there. You can look through Osaka. *Basic facilities -You can use Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, microwave, toaster, delonghi kettle, etc basically anything in the room. Interaction with GuestsMe the room owner Ken is living very close to this apartment and always welcome to meet up :D I can speak fluent English so you might be able to ask me about Japanese culture etc. I will send my phone number for my guests so he or she can call me anytime while staying in my place (or even in Japan :D) It will be a self check-in. Instructions on how to get the keys will be written on a map sent to you after you confirm the reservation. The Neighborhood*24hr-Open Convinience store. - There's convinience store called "Family Mart" and it's only 3min walk from the apartment. There's basically anything you needed and you can use credit card there. *Ramen store -Very yum Ramen restuant is also only 3 min walk distance. Japanese style Ramen is quite different when comparing to the ones from other Asian countries. You must try it out ;p *Other restruant - There're some other nice Sushi restruant around the apartment. These stations give good access to Kyoto, Kobe and to the center of Osaka City. By using the JR Line you can easily go to Kyoto and Kobe without any transfers in 23~26 minutes by express train. From the subway Midosuji Line Nishinakajima Minami-gata Station it takes about 15 minutes to go to Shinsai-bashi, Dotonbori and Nanba. Getting AroundOnly a 5minute walk from the apartment to Subway Midosuji Line, Nishinakajima-Minamigata Station. Subway Midosuji Line is a convenient route to go to Osaka's city center, such as Shinsaibashi and Namba. Also, the JR Line Shin-Osaka Station is a 7 minute walk away. With the JR Line Shin-Osaka you are able to go to Universal Studios Japan in approximately 16 minutes with two transfers. With the JR Line Shin-Osaka you are also able to go to the Osaka Castle in approximately 13 minutes with one transfer. Also, the Hankyu Kyoto Line Minamikata Station is a 6minute walk away. Other Things to NoteThe length of the sofa bed (for the 3rd person) is approximately 180cm. Children up to 6-years-old can stay free! This room uses an electric water heater. The water in the water heater is boiled from 11:00pm(This is operated by an automatic timer switch.) You are able to mix the warm water with cold water to adjust temperature. When the warm water is overused it will turn cold. Please be careful on the overuse of warm water. (In one day there is enough warm water for about 4 shower sessions.)

        The SpaceLocated a short 12 minute walk from both JR Tsukamoto and Hankyu Juso train stations, this top floor newly renovated apartment is an absolute dream. Within walking distance of one of Osaka's main entertainment districts, Juso, you are spoilt for choice as far as eateries, bars and clubs go. But if partying isn't your thing, don't be too worried because the apartment itself is located in a quiet family suburb, close to a river and park. The apartment is on the top floor of a charming white walled building and has three balconies, one of which is shared by occupants of the apartment and boasts a fantastic view of the Osaka City skyline. The apartment consists of two separate bedrooms, both with lockable doors, and a kitchen with full facilities and your own private refridgerator. The bathroom is shared has both a shower and a bath and a toilet. You have two wardrobes with drawers and coat hangers, free unlimited wi-fi, a hairdryer, a reverse-cycle airconditioner, a giant sofa bed, your own private balcony, and a dresser with a collection of DVDs, just incase you feel like taking it easy and resting a bit. There is a little space for a futon for a third person to sleep on, but please be aware that it is tight. Please note that there is no elevator in this building. For example, if you like to cook, some of the cheapest meat, fruit, vegetables and fish in Osaka is only a short walk away. And if you like to go for a run in the morning, there is a beautiful river with amazing views of Osaka city closeby. It is also close to two train stations, so it's extremely easy to get around. Getting AroundThe apartment is located within a 12 minute walk of JR Tsukamoto and Hankyu Juso train stations, so getting around and seeing the sites of Osaka is extremely easy, especially for those with a JR Rail Pass. You also have access to two bicycles, which you can use to your heart's content. Umeda is only 40 minutes by foot and about 20 minutes by bicycle, so why not go for a ride across the bridge and explore all that the city has to offer at your own leisure? Other Things to NoteCHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Check-in is generally at 12 pm and check-out is at 10 am. However, this time is flexible. LUGGAGE - BEFORE CHECK-IN You can leave your luggage in the apartment before check-in time. LUGGAGE - AFTER CHECK-OUT I am more than happy to keep your bags in the apartment if you would like to spend your last day in Japan without having to worry about carrying them around or storing them in lockers. GETTING TO MY APARTMENT Please either use follow the instructions listed under Location, as (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) maps tends not to be accurate. Please note that I will not be able to leave the apartment from 6:30PM. If you get lost or can't find my apartment after that time, especially if it's late at night, I will not be able to help you. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equiped with a toaster oven, microwave, crockery and cutlery, a convection stove-top, and your own private mini-fridge. LAUNDROMAT I have a washing machine, but I do not have a clothes dryer. However, I do have a clothes rack, which you are more than welcome to use, and the laundromat downstairs has two clothes dryers, which cost 200 yen per 20 mins to use. All machines only take 100 yen coins and there is no money changing machine. EXTRA PERSON A extra person can stay in the room on a futon if need be, but please note that the space is tight. The cost will be 1500 yen per night plus a 515 yen cleaning fee. BABY There is a baby in the apartment. It's generally quiet, but guests are provided with earplugs just in case in order to ensure their comfort during their stay.

First it's 1 station from Itami airport to Hotarugaike by a monorail. And then change Trains to Hankyu Railways from Hotarugaike station to Nakatsu station, You have to take local train ,It's only 8 stations takes 17 minutes.
