The SpaceThe Snug is a spacious cottage of 80m2 with 2 bedrooms and is fully equipped with quality furnishings & polished timber floors. There is a queen bed in one bedroom & 2 singles in the other, a country style kitchen with a lovely old dresser including all utensils, appliances, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery & glassware; comfortable lounge area with leather suite, flat screen TV, DVD & CD Player, huge bathroom & it’s bright & airy. The Snug has a wood heater for atmosphere as well as convenient reverse cycle air conditioning for heating & cooling if preferred. The cottage is fully equipped with washing machine , dryer, Ipod Dock and BBQ plus little extras like books, games, jigsaws, cards, picnic set, room safe, fishing rods to rent & a small selection of complimentary DVD’s are available. The veranda is just perfect for watching the sun set or enjoying a BBQ.       Other Things to NoteDogs are welcome at Tall Timbers, but if they're allowed inside you will need to vacuum before you leave and no dogs on the beds. There is also a one off charge of $20 per dog for the duration of their stay. There is a large undercover balcony off the living area where dogs can be kept safely too.

The spectacular Southern Ocean coastline, West Cape Howe National Park, The Nullaki Peninsula, Torbay and both Denmark and Albany are less that 20 minutes away. Nearby are some of Western Australia's most awarded wineries, restaurants and produce farms as well the tall Karri (Valley Of The Giants) forest regions of Nornalup National Park and the popular Tree Top Walk near Walpole. Please advise us if you intend to bring a pet. Kayak Hire: We now offer hire kayaks for use on your own private inlet which forms part of Wolfes Landing. Two single seat and one two seat are provided. All kayaks are state of the art, sturdy and safe and one is a designed for fishing from as well. Safety equipment is supplied as standard. Please inquire about the other kayaking options and locations available (the Wilson Inlet, Hay River and Hartmans Beach). An exciting range of holiday activities are available directly on the property. Bush walking, fishing, kayaking, bike riding, birdwatching or just relaxing while soaking up the ambiance of this special place are popular. The house commands sweeping views of the Nenamup Inlet which laps the shoreline just twenty metres from the front door of the house. The abundant forest and aquatic bird life is truly spectacular and bird lovers will be in paradise. A quiet paddle in a canoe on the inlet will introduce you to many of the 73 species of birds that inhabit the area which include black swans, ducks, pelicans, spoonbills, egrets and ibises. The famous Bibbulmun Track is accessible year round and passes just a couple of kilometres down the road. Fishing The fishing is superb and will suit all ages with a choice of ocean, beach, inlet and river venues to test your skill. Check out the photos in the image gallery. Big King George whiting, Black and Silver Bream and Pink Snapper can be caught from the bank of the Wilson Inlet. Boat and rock fishing is another dimension with big Sampson Fish, and Tuna year round and Salmon in season from Easter. We are only minutes from the ocean with a handy boat launching ramp just a few minutes drive down the road on the Wilson Inlet. If you book be sure to bring your fishing gear. If you prefer we can hire you a range of fishing tackle to suit the youngest beginner to the serious fisho at a very reasonable rate as well as all the local advice you need to get among the big ones. Basic beginner kits to suit a family of six are available for only $10.00 per two day hire. Wolfes Landing is available for short term holiday accommodation. It has been recently renovated and features an ultra modern kitchen. It sleeps up to eight in large comfortable bedrooms on two levels. We can stretch to an extra two if needed with fold out beds (half priced). The upstairs master bedroom has an en-suite toilet and vanity. A large wood fired heater keeps this spacious house toasty warm in the cooler months. A selection of backyard sporting equipment is provided and the little ones will find the old fashioned tree swing at the back of the house a delight. All bed, bathroom and kitchen linen including blankets and doonas are supplied as standard. There is no need to bring any more. Located on the Nullaki Peninsula at Youngs Siding, this pet friendly gem is located just a few minutes drive from the beautiful Nullaki Wilderness Reserve and Anvil Beach. The abundant native fauna is sure to impress, especially the birdlife with Splendid Blue Wrens, Kookaburras, Firetail Finches, Magpies, Bush (Bronze Wing) Pidgeons and many more in permanent residence. Kayak Hire: We now offer hire kayaks for use on your own private inlet which forms part of The Nullaki Eco Retreat. Two single seat and one two seat are provided. All kayaks are state of the art, sturdy and safe and one is a designed for fishing from as well. Safety equipment is supplied as standard. Please inquire about the other kayaking options and locations available (the Wilson Inlet, Hay River and Hartmans Beach). *Pets by arrangement only. Please advise us if you intend bringing a pet as an additional but modest pet fee will apply. THE WILDLIFE Hand feed the friendly Brush Tailed Possums that line up each evening on the deck (see the pictures below). The kids will love it. The Nenamup Inlet borders the property for almost a kilometer and is home to over eighty species of water birds during spring and summer. Our back yard fire pit is popular with guests and is conveniently located in a lovely bush setting near the house. Nothing beats a warm up around a nice big outdoor wood fire during the cooler months, photos to be added soon. The Accommodation The Nullaki Eco Retreat house has been custom designed with generous bedroom sizes and large living areas. The house boasts a beautiful elevated jarrah deck that forms part of the forest, truly an idyllic location to have a BBQ, a beer or wine and relax in comfort as you soak up the ambiance of this special place. The living room and master bedroom open directly onto the spacious outdoor deck area. Heating A large wood fire in the living room warms the entire indoors during the cooler months. Entertainment A large flat screen TV, Media Player and Blue Ray DVD/CD system is supplied. Just bring your own USBs, CDs, DVDs or portable disc drive based movies and music. Location Nullaki Eco Retreat is located approximately half way between Albany and Denmark , being about 30 and 20 minutes drive away each. Beautiful beaches, wineries and restaurants are all close by and the Bibbulmun Track is just a couple of kilometers down the road. Fishing The fishing is superb and will suit all ages with a choice of ocean, beach, inlet and river venues to test your skill. Check out the photos in the image gallery. Big King George whiting, Black and Silver Bream and Pink Snapper can be caught from the bank of the Wilson Inlet. Boat and rock fishing is another dimension with big Sampson Fish, and Tuna year round and Salmon in season from Easter. We are only minutes from the ocean with a handy boat launching ramp just a few minutes drive down the road on the Wilson Inlet. If you book be sure to bring your fishing gear. If you prefer we can hire you a range of fishing tackle to suit the youngest beginner to the serious fisho at a very reasonable rate as well as all the local advice you need to get among the big ones. Our six cottages are distinctly different & spaced well apart over our 53 acre bush property, a nearby 50 acre bush property & another 100 acre bush & pastureland property. All are accessed by private driveways so you are not disturbed during your stay & can enjoy your holiday surrounded by nature in peace & quiet. We are located adjacent to West Cape Howe National Park, only 1.5kms from Lowlands Beach & close to the Bibbulmun Track and Munda Biddi Cycle Trail. Please note that pets are only permitted at The Snug cottage by prior arrangement all other cottages are set within our wildlife preservation areas.
