The SpaceThe first room comes with a queen size pillow top mattress, 2 night stands, 2 bedside lamps, a small flat screen tv with DVD player, wooden shelf, clean comforter and sheets, a window, and a closet.
A 2nd spare bedroom available if needed, which comes with a queen bed, desk, mirror, small tv. You will have the kitchen and living room (with 42 inch TV) all to yourself. Master bedroom is off limits and will remain locked at all times. No one else will be in the home at anytime during your stay.
My home is in a safe and quiet subdivision which has a small community playground and bball court nearby. I will not be at the home during your stay, so you will be able to unwind and relax after exploring Orlando.
My home was built in 2013. It is 2,100 sq. ft and you will have your own private bathroom with complimentary toiletries. I have a monthly lawn service and pest protection so my home will be pest-free.

(master bedroom is off limits, will remain locked) Interaction with GuestsAlthough I will not be home during your stay, I will be in the area and will be a phone call or text away should you need anything at all. The NeighborhoodThe home is located in Apopka. It is a friendly and historic neighborhood, and is just 25 minutes north from downtown Orlando. In the subdivision there is a playground and basketball court. Located nearby is Wekiva Springs Park, which which is popular for visitors to explore and enjoy a picnic, swim in the cool spring, rent a canoe or kayak, go hiking, bicycling and horseback riding. Getting AroundThere is a bus stop within walking distance but I highly suggest you rent a car. Other Things to NoteHighway 429 is just 3 minutes away so easy to get anywhere like Disney, Universal, downtown, etc.!
