The SpaceYou will love this place.
This stunning 2 bedroom apartment is nestled in Victoria Park, a well kept secret, close to Sydney central business district (4kms), world famous beaches (8km) and vibrant shopping, in a secure building with floor only access.
From my place you can walk to some of the best restaurants and cafes in Sydney, cycle one of the many dedicated cycleways into the city, play golf at a great city location, join the city joggers around Centennial Park or make a quick trip to one of the many city beaches nearby. You name your interest and it won't be far away.
The apartment is bright, light and airy. It's very well maintained, and is clean and tidy.
The kitchen is fully equipped with loads of gadgets to make cooking easier. The gas cook top has 5 large burners and the electric oven is a chefs dream. I love to cook so my kitchen is yours to use.
Loads of brilliant sunshine flood the place and provide a happy, cheerful place. The apartment faces north so it is bathed in sunlight all year round.
It's a 2 bedroom apartment so you get exclusive use of the second bedroom and your own private bathroom..
The second room has a queen bed, sunny disposition and plenty of space. It is also fitted out with a TV and WIFI connected.
The apartment is freshly painted and with new timber floors laid so it's looking sparkling like new.
You don't really need a car, public transport is so good in the area, however should you rent one of the car share programs in the city, car sharing spaces are everywhere close by.
I've worked hard to make my place just like a home away from home for you.
We share the common apartment space and I try to make you feel like my home is your home. The apartment is big enough so that you can have private space. Guest AccessYou have your own bedroom and private bathroom but all other living areas are shared such as balcony, kitchen, living room, laundry and study. Interaction with Guestsairport pick up and return is available depending on arrival and departure times.
I'm happy to chat if you want and make your stay as pleasant as possible.
However i encourage guests to get out and about to see this beautiful city The NeighborhoodWhen I came back from living in NY I wanted to stay in a location that had everything and this area was just beginning to bloom.
It literally is 10 minutes from everything, airport, city, shops, beaches, universities, parks.
I vowed that I didn't want to drive on weekends and to get around the city but living here I don't have to, so I now catch the bus everywhere.
From my place you can walk to cafes and restaurants in Redfern, Waterloo, Surrey Hills and Alexandria or you can use my bike and cycle into Sydney along the dedicates bike way along Bourke Street (see guidebook) Getting Aroundvery convenient to public transport with city and beach buses running every 10 minutes and apartment a short walk to green square railway station.
Green square station is on the airport rail link convenient to air commuters. Other Things to NoteWalking distance (100 meters) to East Village. It has over 50 specialty shops and includes a major supermarket and 24hr gym.
