On Average, the more rooms your listing has, and more guests you can accomodate, the more you can expect to earn on Airbnb.
For listings with 4 bedrooms or more earned an average of $28,143 globally, up significantly from the $17,808 generated in 2020. Listings with 3 bedrooms generated an average of $18,026 in 2021, up slightly from $10,915 in 2020. On the other hand, listings with 2 bedrooms earned an average of $13,067 in 2021, up from $7,482 in 2020.
As you would expect, listings with fewer rooms, such as those with 1-bedrooms and studio apartments, generated less revenue for hosts. 1-bedroom listings earned an average of $8,586 in 2021 (up from $4,680 in 2020), while studio apartments generated an average of $9,694 in 2021 (up from $5,327 in 2020).

Properties with zero or few reviews tend to generate less revenue for their hosts.
